The MDF20 is a combo of two 20L disk finishing machines. One is a dry process (polishing) and another one is wet processing machine (deburring - smoothing - polishing). Single or combination of the high-energy centrifugal disc finishing machines are perfect for precision deburring of AM3D, machined parts, precision stamping etc. It is used for finishing of the all metals, metal alloys, plastics and rubber. The MDF machines dramatically reduces cycle times by 85%-90% when compared to the vibratory finishing bowls and tubs. MDF20 is a low-maintenance disk finishing machine and very easy to use. Machines featuring heavy-duty welded steel frame, twist gap adjustment, tilting bowl for easy parts/media removal Integrated separation equipment, integrated media storage bins, integrated dosing pump for wet bowl, 220VAC 60Hz, and many extra features.
