Radiusing
Small sharp-edged parts slide and hit each other; they tend to jam within the in feed system and may cause injuries. Therefore, edges have to be radiused/rounded.
The radiusing/rounding of edges requires high grinding performances. For small or medium size parts mostly centrifugal disc finishing machines are used. For larger parts round vibratory finishing machine or straight tub can be used
