This highly versatile machine is 3000rpm R&D machine used in developing the processes for deburring, smoothing, radiusing and polishing of the aerospace rotative parts as disks and blisks, AM3d printed parts, aluminum wheels. It is equipped with two VFDs controlling side and bottom motors. Currently equipped with ItalVibras polishing motors, and sold with additional three high torque force 3000 rpm OLI deburring motors. RPM/Hz of motors, rotation, process, water flow, compound flow, and manual or auto flow is set via HMI. There are endless setting parameters possibilities. Two dosing pump for deburring and polishing compound, solenoid valve, spider clamp, 30mm treaded rod, two SST drains etc...
