This highly versatile machine is R&D machine used in developing the processes for deburring, smoothing, radiusing and polishing of the aerospace rotative parts as disks and blisks, AM3d printed parts, aluminum wheels. It is equipped with two VFDs controlling side and bottom motors. Currently equipped with ItalVibras deburring and polishing motors, and sold with additional three high torque force OLI deburring motors. RPM on motors is set via el. panel control with knobs and rpm displays. Machine works in auto and manual mode with CW and CCW rotation in auto mode. Two dosing pump with selector switches, for deburring and polishing compound, solenoid valve, spider clamp, 30mm treaded rod, two SST drains etc...
