VKS DISK FINISHING MACHINES
VKS machines are stand-alone machines for the operation without integrated loader, screener and media return system. VKS machines are defined with low cost and high energy, and they are up to 10 times higher in productivity when compared to vibratory finishing machines.
VKS machines feature universal applications, from high gloss polishing to aggressive deburring and radiusing. They can be equipped with manual separation unit and independent vibratory screening machine. Manual or electric tilting for easy parts unloading, high water levels allows gentle processing of delicate parts. Spinner and work bowl are lined with hot poured polyurethane. Bowl geometry allows high uptime on spinner and bowl.
